A Leading Mining Company is now recruiting for a Communications Specialist. This role is based on the coast of Mozambique.
Responsibilities:
- You would be responsible for developing communication plans as well as systems and processes to facilitate feedback from the communities as well as employees
- You would be required to develop a training needs analysis process as well as be responsible for interpretation of the outcomes of these analyses.
- Talent Management and Succession planning would be required
- You would be in charge of the companies localization plan
- Develop and maintain the company public status as a first choice employer
- You would be required to develop systems to assess employee’s levels of satisfaction
- Promoting expat and workforce relationships
- Improve relationships with other companies and service providers
- Assess budget and cost analyses of these respective programs
Requirements:
- Preferred Mozambique national
- 5+ years’ experience in respective field
- Experience in Mining advantageous
- Relevant tertiary qualification
